• Subject Matter Expert for video data-loss and latency issues for Amazon NA/UK — redesigned ingestion workflows, preventing 700+ lost alert videos/day and raising availability from 91% to 99%.
• Engineered custom VTT subtitle generation across video players, reaching 100% annotated video coverage.
